Instead, we operate under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where all our Mortgage Advisors are UK based and a real person will always answer a phone call within 6 rings and emails responded to within 4 working hours.
We also provide every client with their very own dedicated Case Manager and Mortgage Advisor who will know your case inside out, working hard to find you the best mortgage deal and keeping you fully informed throughout the process.
Innovative technology to deliver an outstanding client experience
One of the reasons we are able to provide a faster but more personal service than other brokers is because we use an innovative online portal. Our unique WiiN (Where Is It Now) system allows clients to quickly see exactly where their application is up to, at any time of day.
The WiiN portal also sends email updates to clients and indicates when stages are expected to be completed, so that our clients always know the very latest status of their cases in “real time”. Additionally, WiiN automates a lot of the admin and case progression tasks, meaning that our Mortgage Advisors and Case Managers are freed up to concentrate on working on delivering your mortgage as swiftly and smoothly as possible for you.
